JULINH
Julinh is, first and foremost, a collective desire to inspire contemporary generations, based on the stories of Cape Verde, to make the history of a more environmentally and socially just world.
The idea was born out of the whaling stories that the island of S. Nicolau keeps in the memory of its elders. And the project seeks not only to raise awareness of Cape Verde's participation in the whaling industry, but also to raise interest in global movements to protect the planet's environment.
Julinh is the character who guides us through educational material consisting of:
- his own story illustrated in book form - "Julinh, the Whale Protector"
- puzzle with wooden pieces
