A house for two sisters. Three floors, two independent units, on a plot of 69m2, with a modular identity that responds to the needs of housing evolution. It’s in response to these needs that the adaptations of each module are made. Additionally, the proposal offers complete flexibility depending on the moment and the spatial experience. The facades reflect this flexibility, acting like a skin where openings are designed based on each space's function and the building's orientation.

The solution involved dividing the lot in half, creating a base module of 34.5m2 per floor, from which the program would be structured. The following programs can be accommodated within this module:

A program open to public space – studio/shop, backyard and storage (to make housing construction investment viable);

Social housing program – living room with kitchenette, service bathroom, and storage;

Private program, with two options – two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom, or a bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a patio leading to the roof.
